Role Description
The Team Head will be responsible for leading and managing a team, developing and executing strategies, tracking and reporting on team performance, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
The Team Head is a full-time role, based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience in team management and development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding the insurance industry and products is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
